• A non- "test and tell" philosophy; Should you want career assessment ("tests"), we won't just give you test results and leave you hanging. Instead, we'll help you understand and confirm test results by going over them with you personally, and answering your questions.
• Sound assessments. We offer interest, skill and personality inventories with more reliable and accurate results than the typical online, magazine or book questionnaire. These assessments are known and respected in the field.
• Affordable, professional services. Many charge thousands of dollars for career-related assessments, outplacement, or career development services alone. Our fees are far more affordable, and we will help you one-on-one, rather than in groups. We are a small, professional outfit made of caring people with real credentials and experience.
• As an added bonus, we offer a Virtual Career Center especially for our clients upon request. Talk to us about the details; it includes career exercises, vocational research, networking tools, resume and cover letter builders, and general help with your career search that supplements our work together. Counseling is done face-to-face. However, our clients may reach us through emails or phone calls to schedule appointment times or get in touch with us.
